Hidden Moisture

Aside from an absence of baseboards, an easy assumption could be made that the room in the "before" photo has no issues. There is no visible wall, paint, or window damage. There are certainly no visible signs of floor damage, but that's where the danger lies. This house was previously flooded by high waters after Hurricane Harvey and the water had already gone back down. The issue being that moisture had accumulated in and under certain parts of the home. These photos were taken three days apart!
