This area of standing water was the result of a hot water heater malfunctioning. Notice how the entirety of the floor was wet. In some spots the water sat at about 1 1/2 inches deep! The after photo was taken only five days after the incident. The process was quick and seamless and we were happy to help ensure this disaster appeared "Like it never even happened."
